We use Ambient Design's ArtRage, written by Andy Bearsley and Matt Fox-Wilson
Tools includes: pens, pencils, chalk, crayons and much more
Microsoft (or other supplier) component to compare with: Adobe Photoshop (in conjunction with other EasyOffice programs below)
Users can load in an image to be traced and modified
Paintings can be done using a mouse or with a graphics tablet
An open source (or similar licensing model) component integrated into EasyOffice that allows you easy installation, easy execution, and a custom prepared roadmap to navigate its features
