Included with each program is a comprehensive set of on-screen help files. Before you contact us for technical support, please try looking inside the help files to solve your problems, and please take a look at our posted FAQs ('frequently asked questions').

Obtaining Help from the Help Files Included with your Programs

Each of our programs has a Help menu, where you can bring up on-screen help files. Click on the Help menu, and choose Help Topics. A help window will appear. Here you will find detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish various tasks.

 
 
How do I print out the help files?

Once you're viewing a help window (see above), you may print out the topics by clicking on the Print button at the top of the window.

If you would like to print out all of the help files within a given help 'book', click on the help book, and click Print. Choose to print all the subtopics, and the entire set of help files will be printed.
